Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms
• Establish and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Present and demonstrate our products and solutions to potential customers
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Provide after-sales support and service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collect feedback from customers and report market trends
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the kitchen equipment or hospitality sector
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and beyond
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment products and industry trends is an advantage

We are looking for an experienced and efficient factory manager to oversee the operations of our kitchen equipment manufacturing plant. The individual in this role would be responsible for ensuring the smooth and timely production of high-quality products and meeting the customer demands and expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and direct the manufacturing activities and resources of the plant
• Implement and monitor production schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety measures
• Supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of production staff and workers
• Coordinate with the sales, engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or problems that may arise in the production process
• Maintain and improve the efficiency and productivity of the plant operations
• Report and communicate the plant performance and progress to the senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in factory management, preferably in the kitchen equipment or metal fabrication sector
• Strong leadership, management, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment products and industry standards is an advantage
